Adam was sent out to my home this afternoon & he was friendly & very knowledgeable about hooking me up to city water. He also didn’t pressure me into anything & said if I had any questions to not hesitate to call him. Lastly Next Plumbing & Drain is available 24/7.

Our family trusted Next Plumbing company to fix our water system, we believed in the great reviews and good reputation. However, we were disappointed about the poor quality of service, lies from the technician, incompetence, and lack of integrity of this company. Not only did they take our money from services that never solved our problems but also “Ron” the tech assigned to us broke our equipment leaving us with a leak and unsolved problems and lied to our faces even with proof on camera of this matter just to take more money from us. I’m taking this step to prevent other customers from falling into this scam. Our water is our health and by trusting companies like this, we’re leaving our health in their hands

Best Conpany EVER!! I had an issue with my toilet so I called Next Plumbing. Junior was at my house and ready to fix my problem. He gave me several options and I elected to have the toilet replaced. Junior went got my new toilet came back and installed it and I’m very happy with it. Junior explained to me that had a 3 inch flush valve as well as a 3 inch trap. I have no idea what this means because all I know now is it flushes everything I put down . He wore booties the entire time in my house cleaned up the area better than it was before and left me with a CPP brochure, which I’m sure I will be doing in the future. Thank you Junior and thank you next plumbing

Great experience! Never thought I’d say that about a plumber! Came on time and was so knowledgeable and helpful. Took time to explain what he was doing and show me. Found and Inspected our French drains. Also did an inspection of the home plumbing when we signed up for the platinum protection plan. Figured we should as we are new owners of a 20+ year old house! Checked BBB and they were A+ rated so feel good about that too.
