We found a leak coming from our AC unit in our attic. My husband called Bell Reeves and two gentlement were there within 30 minutes. They were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly. They also serviced an additional unit while they were here. The price was very reasonable, escpecially considering how quickly they were able to get to us. We have always been happy with their service, but this visit warranted a 5 star review. I can’t recommend Bell Reeves enough!

I cannot recommend Bell-Reeves enough. Timely and very friendly, top work with fair rates. Three different times over the past few years I called with an emergency (for me) and they were on the case right away. A+

Everyone is so nice at Bell Reeves! The plumber came the very next day and repaired my sink leak. The two gentlemen were well dressed, well mannered and very knowledgeable. I will be calling Bell Reeves for my plumbing and electrical needs from now on. Very impressed, thank you so much.

Charged my 81 year old father $600 to install a water heater that he had purchased. It is located in the kitchen corner under the cabinet. They put a hole in the wall through to the hallway and told him, “It’s an old house and that happens because the pipes are close to the wall.” My father sawed the cabinet so much to get around the pipes where they rearranged them that the kitchen cabinet fell apart and now has to be replaced. My father had to wedge a board in the front to hold the counter up. There is now an empty opening under the cabinet with a great view of the water heater. The kitchen sink beside the water heater would not work after the install. They told him it probably had a clogged line, and they left it. He called them later because the water was barely warm in the shower. He was told if it didn’t get warm they could come back and check it for an additional service charge.

Responsive and friendly. Helped resolve two separate issues in 2 consecutive days. Called them back because I was so impressed the first time. Friendly office staff (Kathy) over the phone and great technicians in the field – knowledgeable, quick and effective. Prices were fair. I reccomend.
