We have had our water softer system with Bottle Free Water for almost 10 years and the custmer service has been great. No matter the issue, they have responded quickly. Josh has been our technician for a while and he’s always very thorough and explains everything clearly. He goes over thinkgs that will help us maintain the system and get the most out of our products.

Randy has been amazing in assisting my wife and I with the installation of drain lines with a pump and water lines at her new salon. The work performed has been outstanding, but more importantly the communication and scheduling has been a blessing to us. When needed to fit into a tight schedule of our renovation, Randy went out of his way to complete the plumbing installs needed so that other contractors that were scheduled were not delayed with their installations.
