Terrible and dishonest. Threatens to steal your home with a lien when you won’t pay what they’re extorting from you. They told me I had a contract. Then when it took more than one visit because they do terrible work, they charged me $250.00 for each visit for a over $800.00 just to set up my swamp cooler. They refuse to return calls. They don’t guarantee their work. They came out twice a week and five timin o e month to fix their mistakes and charged me each time. Dishonest and terrible.

Save time and, in the long term, money by finding and using another plumbing company. The plumbing issues in my house were supposed to have been taken care of before I moved in. While some of the issues were addressed, the issues were not completely resolved nor was I informed of what still needed to be done or the problems I would face. I had not lived in this house two weeks before the sewage backed up into my house. I contacted these plumbers because they were the ones who the seller of the house had been using. I contacted them because I thought they would know what was wrong and help fix the problem. The person they sent out was nice but after he left the sewage backed up again. I couldn’t even use the kitchen sink without sewage backing up in the shower. They were unwilling to run a camera down the line to find the problem. They said it couldn’t be done. Three visits to this address in less than three weeks and the problem was still not entirely known or fixed. I made the smart decision and I changed plumbing companies. My new plumber ran a camera down the line without even needing to be asked. My new plumber in a couple of hours figured out all of the plumbing issues and shared them with me in terms I could understand and helped me find solutions. While my new plumbers are more expensive, they do quality work and I know they will not overcharge me for poor workmanship.

Most plumbers (and other service people) you can’t even get a call back from. Not only did someone answer the phone, but they were able to dispatch a worker the next day. The price was fair and they stand behind their work. I’m very satisfied with Foster Plumbing

Horrible customer service. Completely unprofessional. Not sure what kind of business they are running here, but look elsewhere. Not only did they have an employee snooping through my brother in laws bedroom and get caught on camera, a lady from the office yelled at me on the phone and out right called me a liar when I tried explaining that their employee did not perform any work. They over charge their customers and then treat you horribly afterwards. Beware, Farmington Metal and Heating and Fosters Plumbing are one in the same.

Again, Don’t waste your money using Fosters. They refused to work with our insurance company. They had no idea what was wrong with our heating unit and when they did try to say what the problem was it was completely wrong. They didn’t fix anything nor try to communicate professionally. Yet, they sent us a bill and expect us to pay for work they didn’t do. Very unprofessional and unethical to think we would pay for work that was never started.

How come these guys don’t answer their phone? I requested help to obtain an gas inspection tage ao the gas can get turned on. I paid this company a little over $1000 to get work completed and they told me they would pull the inspection tag as part of the cost. Left several messages for status and no return calls. What is up with this business? Now when I call nobody answers the phone. Are they still in business?
