I wish I had read the reviews before I got the service I got a pipe under my sink repaired at 350.00 and it’s still not working the pipe keeps falling I’ve called Roto-Rooter 800 number they want to charge me another $350 to come out and do what should have been done the first time please don’t use this company read your reviews

Google should allow 0 stars as an option. Liars. I was told by the office staff “Free estimate” at time of booking the appt. The first thing I’m told while at the appointment is there is a $250 diagnostic fee. NO ONE TOLD ME OVER THE PHONE, and he couldn’t even handle the issue or provide a quote so he told me they would need to reschedule and will waive the diagnostic fee because he couldn’t help (which they shouldve anyway because they lied) not to mention at this point they’ve already wasted my time once. 2nd appt – first thing tech says is “so I have no notes on what’s going on and the diagnostic fee is waived but there is a $250 crawl space fee…..” NOT MENTIONED AT ALL AND I TOLD OFFICE STAFF IT WAS A CRAWL AND THE PRIOR TECH SAW IT WAS A CRAWL MADE NO MENTION…long story short they refused to provide a quote because “there was no sort of payment” NO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND STRAIGHT FACE LIARS. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. WILL NEVER USE ROTO-ROOTER EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A POTENTIAL ONLY THIS OFFICE IS FULL OF LIARS.

Roto-rooter quoted me $1738 to clean up a backup in a small room (5ft x 10 ft). I did it myself with bleach, rubber boots, and a floor scraper and it took about 4 hours. Also, their plumber wanted to snake for $330 per pipe. I got another quote from Root Masters (no, I’m not affiliated with them) for $125 for the first pipe and $65 after that. Roto-rooter plumber told me that the pipes could clog again and it’d be possible that I’d have to have them cleaned twice. He offered a 6 month warranty. Well, I could’ve had root masters out TWICE and it’d still be cheaper than what Roto-rooter had to offer. Tried to scam me in my own house. There’s no reason my job should’ve costed over $2000. I ended up fixing it for 4 hours of my time, $40 in cleaning supplies, and less than $200 from root masters. Don’t waste your time on these unreasonable quotes.

They didn’t copy phone number down correctly, so they couldn’t call to confirm. We drove 1 hour to make sure we were at the property by 9:00 a.m. for their window. Thank goodness we had other companies to give quotes on same day, so that it was not a wasted trip. We’ll use a local plumbler instead. It happens.

Blake came out and fixed a backup of all our toilets and showers. He was amazing at his job and explaining all of our options and his plan. He was also great with our 5 year old son. Definitely great company and great guy.
