A plumbing emergency can really upset your lifestyle. After discovering a hot water leak (not a drip… a fair flow) in my bathtub, I tried cutting off the water at the curb and, after watching (youtube videos on how to repair this problem) I got the faucet and stem removed and took it to ACE HARDWARE and purchased the replacement parts. After several attempts, I realized that I was In over my head. I finally called MY LOCAL PLUMBERS plumbing company. Also realizing it was the 4th of July, I told them that I could live without water for a day and an appointment the next day would be fine. Promptly the next morning, 2 men showed up and very efficiently and politely fixed the problem. I was able to take a very much needed shower and carry on with my life. These guys are great! Highly recommend them!! They came out on time and fixed my leaks and clogs in about 30 minutes and have fair prices which are better than other big companies in the area. I was skeptical about one post saying they made women feel uncomfortable but that was not true in my case. I was by myself with the two techs who were cool dudes. Very polite and friendly. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks guys!

From the first interaction with the office, they were amazing! Trevor and his coworker explained everything that needed to be done, and they were friendly and professional. They were unable to complete our repair first visit due to the city water shutoff valve being broken and I had to call the city to repair. The city was able to repair within an hour of me calling them. When I called My Local Plumber back to notify them and schedule the next visit, they were able to come back out same day within a few hours! Their pricing is very fair and reasonable. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend!
