We’ve employed different plumbers in the past, but the service provided by this new company under improved management is truly exceptional. Our plumber, Benjamin, was highly professional and communicative. His extensive experience in the plumbing industry was clearly visible. He successfully fixed a complicated shower faucet problem that had been troubling us for some time. The work performed was of the highest quality. I would certainly suggest this plumbing company to friends and family in Evanston.

i had some problems with my heating during the onset of winter here in evanston. when i attempted to operate my unit, it simply wouldn’t kick in. zachary from hayden & sons plumbing & air was the plumber who responded to my issue, and he was fantastic! he demonstrated professionalism and extensive knowledge in his field. despite the complexity of the project, zachary managed to complete it promptly, answering all of my inquiries along the way. i must mention that hayden & sons plumbing & air is under new management now, and they’re providing exceptional service! highly recommended!

The duo of skilled technicians, Zachary and Jacob, from Hayden & Sons Plumbing & Air who conducted my repair, quickly identified and addressed the leak issue. They went the extra mile, digging up the pipe and removing a section of it to ensure they pinpointed the cause of the leak. Turns out, it was a crack in a pipe connector that was lodged in. Their service in Evanston was nothing short of exceptional.

jacob and benjamin arrived at our property in Evanston in under an hour. They took great care in maintaining the cleanliness of our residence, even putting down mats by the sink and using towels to catch any water spills. Initially, they ran the plumbing snake through the pipes once but didn’t quite clear the blockage. Instead of just leaving it at that, they decided to run it through a second time. They could’ve just taken off after the first attempt, but they ensured that we were fully satisfied with the results.

Required plumber services for my septic tank to be emptied and inspected. The plumber arrived earlier than scheduled, which was greatly appreciated. He was professional, polite, and answered all of my inquiries. This time, my tech was Zachary and he did an extraordinary job, much better than the previous company I hired. Unlike the last service provider, Zachary ensured to clean up after the job was done. I will definitely recommend these plumbing services to my family and friends in Evanston. Additionally, their rates were more affordable than the previous company.

I reached out late on a Saturday when our plumbing system ran into a problem. To my surprise, instead of an answering machine, a real person answered the call. She connected us with Jacob, who was on duty, and he arrived within 90 minutes. Jacob was outstanding and pinpointed the issue immediately. He fixed it in just about 20 minutes. Excellent service! Their competitors in Evanston have yet to return our call. I will definitely avail their services again!

i rang Hayden & Sons Plumbing & Air to discuss a persistent drip from my water heater. The lady who answered the call was very diligent, taking ample time to make sure that the appointment with the plumber, Zachary, was properly arranged and that I knew what to expect. It was an excellent experience setting up the appointment. Prior to his arrival, Zachary called, which I greatly appreciated. He was extremely helpful, explained everything perfectly, and did an impressive job. He even fitted a new main water shutoff valve and cleared a hot water pipe that was giving me grief, two tasks that had nothing to do with the initial call. This whole experience was certainly top-notch, an A+ in my book. I would highly recommend Hayden & Sons Plumbing & Air, now under new management, and the plumber, Zachary, who assisted us.
