Please look elsewhere first. There was excuses as to why he couldn’t come at the beginning. I’m understanding so I wasnt to concerned. We finally set up an appointment, day comes, tells me a time 2 hours past the time he was supposed to come by without any updates. I end up cancelling.

Art is not trustworthy and is definitely not reliable. The issue here is not the inferior quality of his work but he’s not to be trusted. Be careful with your money: Do not pay him before he finishes all of the work you have hired him to do. In my case he stood me up five times, every time he promises to finish the work which he was paid for and had already signed a document that he will install a fixture but once he received the full payment, he never came back and is not answering his phone. I ended up paying another plumber to finish the work and install the unit that Art was already paid for. I intend to take Art to court very soon.

Our landlord contacted this place and made an appointment for us to get service for a leaky shower. Not only did he not show, there was zero response to texts and the voicemail was full. We’ve now had to deal not only with an increasing leak over the holiday week, but we cannot use the shower and we have to shut off our water as often as we can to try to decrease the waste of water and our bill.

I had a leak in my main water line downstream of the meter. Art located the leak, provided options and implemented the repairs. He was professional, efficient and economical. This is the 2nd time Art has done plumbing work for me and I’ve been impressed both times! I would not hesitate to recommend Art’s Plumbing and Drains.

Art is the man! He came out very last minute to help me clean out my main line and lateral lines. He was on time, professional, and just an incredible guy! He gave me the low down on the health of my plumbing and helped me better understand what costs and expenses I could expect in the near future because of my cast iron pipes. That insight was super helpful for budgeting and timeline purposes. I highly recommend him!

Sorry this took so long to post Art. I can very much recommend Art as a competent and fairly priced and professionally oriented plumber. Art installed a pressure regulator valve for me on my residential property. He made sure he had the correct part by actually coming by the house in advance and sizing up the parts requirements. The installation went smooth and the repair is working just fine. The price was fair and well within what I expected to pay for that type of repair.
