Jake (807) was our plumber/technician. He did great work, he was fast, friendly, talked me through the process, and didn’t charge me more than necessary. We’ve used roto-rooter numerous times in the past with zero issues.

I found about this company through a Reddit post and when I called about my issue and they were ready to send someone out within the hour. We had the pleasure to get help from Jake who was very knowledgeable and experienced! He tackled the problem at hand and was able to address some preventative measures that could be done with the help of his supervisor Rick. Overall I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services!

Jake did a wonderful job with my repairs. We had a leaky pipe in a tough spot. Jake knew exactly what to do and even advised me on other repairs we could make in the area on this same call. This company is quick, affordable, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend using Roto Rooter!!!
