If price is your only concern, Jones Septic Service is competitively priced. That said, the scheduler returned my call, quoted a price and was able to schedule tank pumping service for the next day. The pumping technician arrived early and pumped the tank. He used a mirror to inspect the tank outlet and found the concrete baffle was missing. This could/would lead to solids entering the drain field. He also provided a contact of someone who could make the necessary repairs. Fortunately, I was able to make the repairs myself. Thank you for taking the initiative to visually (with a mirror) inspect the tank before considering the job complete!!

Jones came out to the house today for the second time since i have owned it and each time they have been awesome. Courteous and professional. They explain the process, walk through the tank and parts to keep an eye on. They have been the best septic company i have dealt with and I will continue to use them for the years to follow.

Great service & quick response! He inspected the septic tank baffle and discovered it needed to be replaced. He coordinated with someone to come out and fix it the same day.

I have a red mulberry tree at the end of my driveway, which I harvest every year to bake with. This company butchered it, without even asking me. They cut about 6 limbs off of the tree and left them on the ground beside it. The thing is, they were not even in the way. No one else has ever had a problem with them and I pulled my car into the yard to give them extra room. If they had asked me, I would have told them no, but they did not ask. Who comes on to your property and butchers your trees without a word? Others have looked at this and agreed with me that there was no reason to do it. I am disabled. They cut off all the branches I could reach and I am unable to get out there on a ladder, effectively taking away this fruit tree. It’s been several months now and I’ve hired another company, but every time I go out my door I see my butchered tree and it makes me angry. If you want someone who respects your property, this is not them.
