Our toilet was leaking at the base and I had tried to reset it myself. But the base of the toilet ended up cracking and leaking again. Josiah from Keith’s House of Plumbing was able to fit us in the same day that I called. He installed a new toilet, wax ring seal, and caulked around the base of the toilet. He even cleaned the bathroom floor where the water had been leaking. He also even put the toddler soiled seat that we had on the old toilet onto the new one. We’ve used Keith’s house plumbing once before this and now we have our go-to plumber for sure. Definitely recommend!

Keith’s House of Plumbing is a fantastic company! We had a clogged and collapsed sewer line. We called Keith’s house of plumbing and a live person answered! They set up an estimate appointment for the following Saturday. Micah called Saturday morning punctually and let us know he would be there and he was on time. He crawled under the house, came back out and verified that we had a collapsed sewer line and promptly sent us an estimate through a text message web link that we were able to view and approve electronically. He even offered to have his crew come out the following Monday morning and try to clear the drain line enough for us to use until we decided on having the work done. On Monday morning they called at 8:00 a.m. and to our surprise asked if they could come and just do the sewer line replacement to which we answered promptly yes please! The two man crew showed up exactly on time, were very courteous and professional and did a fantastic job. The entire job was complete by 3:00 p.m. that very afternoon. They even had the city of Elizabethton come out and clean the main drain line in the middle of the street which had been clogged for years as well. So our entire neighborhood benefited from the fine work these gentlemen performed. We were very impressed by the crew that performed the work and by every interaction we had with this company. We highly recommend Keith’s House of Plumbing!

I had keith’s plumbing re-plumb the house two years ago. Since then there have been repairs done to things Keith’s either neglected or may have cut corners on. One was my shower arm which was not secured sufficiently and moved around, and toilet shutoff valves. For the most part they did ok. I don’t have water hammer issues. It’s the fact they ignore detail. The attached picture of the shut off valve is a great example of lack of detail.

After struggling to reach out to the company and have my voice mails returned after having a tech come out to “diagnose” an issue because “estimates are not charged” I guess… Grace has now texted me saying that due to my acquisitions against them they will not honor the services and don’t want me as a customer. I think it’s rightfully honest for them to refund the $120 in full I was charged to have someone come out to quote the job I needed. They have refunded me $45 for the additional costs over the $75 I was originally told but from what grace told me the extra $45 should have been included in the costs to have a tech sent to my door and I was overcharged in the first place – probably why she was so quick to offer that refund. Highly unprofessional. I don’t care if I was upset and showed it in my third voicemail. You don’t decline the $900 job I was only reaching out trying to schedule without being willing to refund the full initial costs I agreed to pay with the understanding that I would be using this company to fix my plumbing. Now I have to go pay another plumber to come and charge another “diagnostic fee” when I could have avoided using Keith’s in the first place and not been out $75 for nothing. Adding a new note today – after pointing out to Grace that she refunded (only a partial amount not what was requested to make right) to an expired card I have since been completely ignored by Keith’s house of plumbing. Will be going to the bank today to inquire if this can qualify for a charge back

I hired this company to replace my water line. They did a fantastic job in a very timely manner and at a very fair price. I was very pleased with their work and their attention to every little detail. I recommend this company highly.

Got to meet a handful of the team at Keith’s due to a sewer line emergency. They were helpful, responsive, communicated throughout, and worked us in on a short timeline. Rate was fair and reasonable and they stayed within the price quote. I’d recommend them to anyone and plan to use them for some improvements we want to do.

My experience as a former employee of Keith’s house of plumbing. Everybody that works there have the knowledge and professionalism needed to perform any task. Tho I parted ways with this company after just a little time I have the upmost respect for all the guys and the dispatchers they have. They will always be the first company I recommend to anybody due to their professionalism, low rate, and they turn a stranger into a friend by the time the job is finished. Highly recommended in the tri cities area

Judah arrived within 30 minutes of my phone call, and was able to clear the sewer line that I had spent two days trying to fix with a snake and a drain auger on my own. I highly recommend Keith’s House of Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
