Roto-Rooter came on the promised date, installed a new tankless water heater in a professional manner, cleaned up after themselves and charged several hundred dollars less than their estimate. We are very pleased and will use them for future plumbing issues.

I was having trouble finding a plumber to help with a water softener installation. The last one I called said it would be at least a month before he could come out. When a neighbor recommended Roto Rooter my thought was, don’t they just clear drains? Wrong! At least here in Durango. Turns out they have one journeyman plumber, three master plumbers and four drain techs on board along with an office manager/scheduler who promptly answered my call. They’ve been in business here in the valley for 20 years. Four days later, “Vance” arrived right on time and solved my plumbing issue in less that an hour. A really nice guy and a five-star experience all the way. Thank you Roto Rooter!

Had an issue at 5pm on a Friday, sewer line back up….. definitely an emergency. Awesome folks were here in 30 minutes and got right to work fixing the issue. 10/10 recommended!!

Roto Rooter of Durango installed a new water heater in my condo in 2017. In November of 2021, it sprung a leak. The unit was under warranty. I called to report the issue on a Monday morning, and by that afternoon, the unit was replaced, personally, by the owner of the company. Very impressed with the quick service!

What a great experience during a stressful time . I called Roto Rooter and they showed up within a couple of hours our Plumber Robert Williams was great took care of our home like it was his own !! Thank You Robert and Roto Rooter if Durango Colorado..
