We encountered a few plumbing issues and had the pleasure of receiving help from both technicians and the owner, Todd. They exhibited professionalism and expertise in their field. We had our tankless water heater installed and our faucet leak fixed, and we’re incredibly appreciative of the time and effort they dedicated to our projects. The job in Dunwoody is nearly finished and I am confident that everything will proceed smoothly.

The plumber, Todd, performed an exceptional job. He was knowledgeable and polite. He didn’t push me or try to convince me to purchase a new water heater. He offered his expert advice and assured me that he would send a detailed report via email. Todd even went above and beyond by photographing the inside of the water heater. There might have been a slight leak in the heat exchanger, so he sought a second opinion from his supervisor. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with his service and will undoubtedly call on their services again in Dunwoody.

Bryan was called to examine my attic-based plumbing system that hadn’t been in use for quite a while. I was skeptical about its previous maintenance and expected it to need extensive repairs. After a thorough inspection that took Bryan a couple of hours, it was concluded that the system required such substantial work that it would be more cost-effective to replace it entirely. I plan on utilizing their services again in the future when I am financially prepared to get the system replaced. Bryan was exceptional and my experience with the plumbing company in Dunwoody was superb!

Scott executed an excellent job of removing and reinstalling our master bathroom’s toilet at Oliver & Sons Plumbing Co. Despite the numerous challenges presented by our 52-year-old house in Dunwoody, he skillfully managed to position the toilet at the appropriate height with the tile using 1 & 1/2 wax rings. Scott also meticulously cleaned up the caulk line left by the previous toilet. He made sure to keep me in the loop throughout the process, ensuring I was fully aware of the progress. Exceptional customer service indeed!

Eduardo from oliver & sons plumbing co. arrived as promised, quickly identified my unusual plumbing issue, and offered a quick and cost-effective solution. After inquiring about the circumstances and the locations of the leaks, he figured out that someone (me) had accidentally driven a screw through the main drain pipe in the wall, mistaking it for a stud while installing new shelves in the utility room. Even though it was a bit embarrassing, the repair was relatively straightforward and caused only minor damage to my walls in dunwoody that needed fixing.

Scott from Oliver & Sons Plumbing Co. was not only efficient but also extremely courteous, and he went the extra mile to rectify an issue left by a previous contractor. He didn’t charge me exorbitantly for minor things related to the job and ensured the area was neat, orderly, and functional for my use. I have no intention of seeking services elsewhere in Dunwoody in the future.

i had the pleasure of working with pedro from Oliver & Sons Plumbing Co. on the quote for a fresh installation to replace my 17-year-old plumbing system that had finally given up. i was really pleased with the choices for a more efficient, modern system. pedro’s team was punctual and worked hard to ensure the installation was finished by the next day post quote. i’m thrilled with my new plumbing system and the service I’ve received thus far from this Dunwoody based company. i must mention that the company is under new management and their service is superb now.
