This business was at my address fixing my neighbors apartment now as a professional you should know not to bother in anyway shape or form any other tenant they arrived as my daughter was about to leave and because she was leaving and not fast enough for him he was yelling out the window for her to hurry up and leave so he could park in my entrance, 1 he cannot block my entrance, 2 he cannot tell my guests to hurry up and leave, 3 you are not allowed to disturb any tenants while providing work related issues you park on the street as l told him. But did he listen (no) he still blocked my entrance as l told him l was about to leave myself but he must have told the tenant at the place where he was working and they had him move it. Very unprofessional .

This guy took advantage of my situation, where pipe was leaking, and he got me in his hands, because that day he was the only one available. And he over charged me with 1200, when I called friends that are plumbers in other cities, they mention that he pretty much charged me double. And he took advantage of my problem. Be aware he has a bad attitude as well.

This company was scheduled to do a huge job for me then called the day before and canceled not professional very bad customer service their reason to cancel is because “he took on a bigger job”? I even told him I would wait a couple days. Be careful I guess these days you cannot depend on this company unfortunately! Also he stated he was licensed but upon looking on CSLB he is NOT! Why lie?
