I had a plumbing emergency in the early morning, and “Googled” 24 hour plumbers and Balanced Plumbing popped up, featuring “provides 24/7 emergency service.” At 4:29 am I called, got voicemail and left a message. My call was returned by Paul at 8:50 am (4.5 hours later). I questioned their online claim of 24/7 Emergency Service and he said that service is only available to existing customers. Paul claimed it states that on the Google site. I checked it out using my mobile phone’s browser, and if you scroll down it does say, “We’re available 24/7 (by appointment only). However, you cannot find that on the desktop version. Question…if you’re having a plumbing emergency at 2 am, how do you make an appointment since they don’t answer the phone. I don’t consider that 24/7 service.

We met with Paul today after we were having some issues with our sump pump. He was extremely nice, extremely considerate, and I highly recommend them. We’ve had some unfortunate experiences with plumbers in the past who seem to be more interested in money than integrity but Balanced just seems very honest. We plan on using them in the future.

Paul at Balanced Plumbing saved my bacon when a faucet froze and caused a leak in my basement. He installed inside shut-off valves on both hose bibs to prevent a repeat performance. He also inspected my other water-related equipment. Based on his recommendation, I replaced my water softener and sum pump. I am very satisfied with Paul’s service. His prices are reasonable. Paul is very responsive to me as a customer. I highly recommend Balanced Plumbing!!!

Balanced Plumbing came to our aid on a Saturday morning after a pipe mysteriously started spraying water in our basement. Paul came and was prompt, courteous, quick, fair, and extremely knowledgeable. We highly recommend and will be calling them for work again. Truly a stress-free experience and is a great resource to geek out with about water, plumbing, and opportunities to improve our home.

We had them come out to replace a tub faucet cartridge. Fair price, kind plumber, fast and effective work. Good advice on other issues I brought up, when those next items on my list come due I will be calling them again.
