Our experience with Alan Valentine at Roto-Rooter was excellent! Our Airbnb was experiencing a sewer line backup and were under a time crunch to get someone out to resolve the issue. Alan was quickly onsite within two hours and continued to keep us updated through the process. Highly recommend!!

Don’t just go by the number of stars, read the reviews!! We went with a plumbing company that had an almost 5 start review. After a huge chunk of money, two visits, and a plumbing problem not resolved, we decided to dump Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and go with Root Rooter!! Chris the GM with Roto Rooter was awesome and made it personal that we were still sitting in a puddle of water after emptying our pockets for a clogged pipe not repaired. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing overcharges and doesn’t get the job done. John and Levi with Root Rooter were here first thing the next day. John was very informative and knowledgable. They showed us the problem with the camera scope they used, performed a power flush to clean it out, and rescoped to show us our now squeaky clean pipes. They had the job done in no time and for A LOT LESS $$$$. Roto Rooter is now officially our plumbing company. Thank you guys for getting our home back up and running.

We had a catastrophe with the toilet evacuation pipe and we called for help and Allen Valentine came to our rescue. he started opening the line outside right away and snaked it, and checked both bathrooms to make sure that the water was going down through the showers and the tub and the toilets, and was very thorough with his job. He is a great asset to Roto-Rooter, and definitely deserves a raise so I hope his boss is reading this because good employees are very hard to find, and he is a very good representative of that company. Thank you again Allen!!*****
