I agree with Deborah I felt I was taken advantage of being a single older woman. Cost me $7000 to learn my lesson. Everytime I asked for clarification on the bill was told they didn’t understand my concerns. Just be careful to read everything before you sign and ask for written documents before you sign on iPad. That is where us older folks don’t get it.

You be the judge. Don’t be fooled by their 4.8 review rating. If you had them do work for you, you got taken and you probably don’t know it. Please read the other negative reviews about their outrageous charges. They are anxious to get everyone’s review to drown out the negative reviews, like mine, that expose their outrageous charges. I wanted two washer water supply shutoffs replaced, (see picture of valves with red and blue handles). The repair was very simple. The valves simply screw out from the base and the new valves screw back on. Both were replaced in 10 minutes total. My research suggests that these valves sell for $40 each, or less. I was charged $469 less a 10% veteran discount. My final cost was $422.10. There was no other work performed though the technician spent quite some time trying to sell me other options. There is NO reasonable explanation for a $422 charge. The second picture are the new valves. The following day my washer installer attached the water supply lines and drain hose. Charges were outrageous! Their explanation, (below), was even more insulting!

Saige, Braden, and Josh saved me late on a Friday evening when my well pump gave out. It would have been a horrible weekend without water. 5 stars for these guys and their customer service.

Taylor Parsley was our Tech and did an absolutely great job. Very conscientious, knowledgeable, and thourgh. Very personable and explained the whole process. We were very impressed and happy with the job and she took great care in keeping the work area clean, and then did a cleanup afterwards. We can’t say enough good things.

We are very pleased with Spartan plumbing. We called Monday, received a quote from Kris on Tuesday and the work (10+ hour job) was completed by Adam on Wednesday. Everyone was very professional and kept us updated along the way. Adam’s finished work looks very nice. We would definitely use Spartan again!

We had an issue with our shower leaking down to our basement and Steve came out and identified the problem and put on the new parts and make it work like new with no leak! He was very nice, knowledgeable and got the job done.
