Replace a well pump, toilet, 2 bathroom faucets, outside faucet Chris and Andrew are fantastic, great team work, very responsibel and very professional I strongly recommend them, I don’t have to look anywhere else for my plumbing needs Great service .

What an AMAZING SERVICE job that was done by Chris Botticelli. He went ABOVE and beyond what we asked and was so professional and knowledgeable of his craft. His ability to troubleshoot and constantly find different ways to solve a problem when a problem arose was incredible to see! Definitely recommend Chris, Installed a dishwasher, and helped with toilet repair and shower repair issues! Good guy, I’m a Botticelli believer now.

We used Botticelli plumbing for our kitchen remodel last year and were very impressed with them. Christine, Bruce and Chris could not have been nicer to work with. Anyone who’s done a major remodel knows what a headache it can be dealing with multiple contractors but we hit the jackpot. Chris is one hard working young man and he doesn’t mess around. He gets to the job on time and gets right to it. Recently we had a recurring shower leaking problem with water seeping into the ceiling below. Chris came right out and looked at all the possible issues and solved the problem that three other plumbers never even looked for. Problem solvers are our kind of people! We cannot recommend Botticelli highly enough and we will continue to call on them when the hidden joys of homeownership rear their head again. Because they will.

Called on monday to have a plumber come take a look at the stains on my ceiling figuring it would be something bad like a busted pipesomewhere. I was told there would be a $69 fee for the diagnostic which I understand. Jose apparently came and was nice to my girlfiend and explained the different issues happening with the water heater and the sinks. However, going back to the ceiling stains that is underneath the 2nd floor toilet. my girlfriend told me the techs toof off the toilet replaced the wax ring and put back the toilet. They then proceeded to test to see if the leak persisted with toilet paper and it was still leaking at which point she was told its an issue with the toilet and not the wax ring.fine I understand that. Well… I was charged $125 for a wax ring and a tp test. My total charge for the call was $194 and I still have the problem. These guys have to make their money somehow and I understand it a business however $194 gor 45 minutes of work seems extreme to not even have a small temporary fix.. but not all is bad ,Jose did flip the outlet for the dishwasher which wasnt working . Espensive lesson. I will not be using these guys again.

What happened to the saying “the customer is always right”? At the start of an install for a hot water heater in my home by Chris, I called Botticelli to express my concern about the brand which was to be installed. If you Google “American Water Heaters”, you’ll find reviews of this brand to be overwhelmingly poor. Upon explaining my concern and fully understanding that American Water Heaters is owned by Ao Smith which carries the same warranty, I was reassured that the units are fine and that there was nothing else they could tell me. While pressing the concern, a man’s voice can be heard in the background yelling “its too f’n late”. Clearly not happy with the product being installed in my house, and a lack of customer service to remediate the situation (besides reiterating that the brand is fine), I’m left to see what happens over the years. On the plus side, our installer Chris was very professional. I’m only speculating, but its possible that Botticelli installed a cheaper and less reliable brand (based on my light research) in an effort to increase their margin on labor costs. Shame on me for not being more up front about what I wanted installed in my home. TLDR; Poor bedside manner in making a customer feel confident in a product being installed in their home.

I just moved in from NYC and knew nothing about water heaters and wells. Jose helped me tremendously. He fixed my problem and simplified things so I can gain a greater understanding. He was extremely knowledgeable and covered all areas making me feel secure in my home. Will definitely use these guys again and will request Jose.

Dan is very professional in his job. The only complaint I have is a bit costly compared to many other companies.
