They will come to your house for $79. Then charge you $180/hr for a plumber and a ‘helper’ whatever that means. I am paying for 2 people to install a tub spout and put the shower handle back on? Just another example of an overpriced service because they can. $180/ hr for a plumber….you should be ashamed…

Brian did a great job. Was very helpful answered all my questions and explained everything. It’s Plumbing, so it isn’t cheap, but the price was fair. ABLuck deserves its high ratings!

I’ve used them before with no complaints. This time they came to estimate a water leak job outside the house in the ground. Wasn’t sure where the leak was, so a pretty complicated job. After a week hadn’t heard back. Called second time after I excavated and found the leak in the line, so now an easy job of threading a new pipe 20 feet from house to the leak. The job had changed significantly and needed a new estimate. So far so good, but, when I asked if they could come out and see how the job had changed and give me a new estimate the receptionist got a little angry and stated they would not come out again unless I paid am estimate fee. I nicely reminded her they didn’t charge the first time. She, at this point nastily stated, “We just can’t keep coming out giving estimates for free”. OK got it. They always did a good job for me but they lost a customer today… Sadly!
