Knew I had a leak under the house, they came out, diagnosed the leak quickly, then a little later they fixed the leak within a few hours and my water bill was back down to normal. They were very nice and quick and cleaned up after their work. I was happy I used them, but hope I don’t have to use them again.

We used Accurate Leak & Line to replace all the cast iron pipes under our home with PVC because the cast iron had totally disintegrated. We interviewed 5 different companies before picking Accurate and we’re so glad we picked them. Christian, the foreman, kept us updated as the work progressed which was most appreciated. The job was completed on schedule, even though we had a lot of rainy days. We highly recommend Accurate.

I have never written a review for anything but Accurate Leak and Line San Antonio 100% deserves all the stars I can give and then some! These plumbers went so far above and beyond to fix our slab leak and main sewer line break. We contacted a couple plumbing companies and these guys were the only ones who offered the ability to do an interior fix using their epoxy method. This fixed our line in a long-lasting, high quality way, and it also caused no damage to our beautiful tree in front of our home (something no other companies we found were going to be able to do). Our yard and landscaping looks just as it was before, no mess to clean up or giant excavation to recover from. Our slab leak came with a million plot twists and issues and they worked tirelessly to fix each thing that cropped up. They solved the problems with the best quality pipes and routed them in a way that will take care of our home for decades. We won’t have any plumbing issues during our lifetime, thanks to the extensive work they did! They did more than fix our leaky and broken pipes, they brought peace of mind. But their efficient and high quality work is just the start. The level of professionalism the crew showed was remarkable. I cannot speak enough about how wonderful these men were to work with! They were great communicators, always punctual, focused, hard working, kind, and personable. From the big deal things like fixing our plumbing issues, to the smaller but powerful things like respecting our home and putting slipcovers on their shoes when they walked through or filling us in on the details of their repairs or the politeness with which they arrived and began their work, right down to being so kind and accommodating to our young children who wanted to watch their work. Josh, Fernando, and Haddon are hands down the most fantastic people and I will forever be recommending them to everyone in the San Antonio/Hill Country area! The work they do is fantastic and reliable and their professionalism is off the charts.

Two stars because they followed up and returned my calls – but the saga is real. Extremely high water bills led us to investigate the source of a water leak in our home. First call on 1/29/2024 was to A.L.& L. They sent a tech who, after looking at our home, sent over an estimate for $7,750 to re-route a PEX line which was leaking under the slab (problem #1). After I called them for more information they sent a different Tech to the house on 1/31/24 who said no… it was actually just a running toilet and that he turned off the water. (problem #2) #1, we don’t have a slab, per se, as all water runs from city meter through an exterior wall, and under our pier and beam…not under a slab. #2, They were unable to tell me which toilet was leaking. They also didn’t mention that they turned off the water to the entire house…not just the running toilet. After a third call to the company to see if maybe I/they were missing something, they called back and doubled-down on the ‘running toilet/fix the flapper’ solution. Which brings us to today. It was not the flapper. In fact…the leak was not inside the house. It was outside on a hose bib – which AirCo (an amazing plumbing company) finally found after spending three days working on isolating every single water conduit running within that house. ( I am now going to write a beaming review for AirCo in which one will hear the skies sing with the unbridled joy of a three-year-old with a jar full of Gummi Bears). So – AL&L wanted to charge a huge amount to repair a leak in an area where there aren’t even any water pipes. They could have cut their losses (and avoided this review) if they’d just said “you don’t have any water pipes running under your slab, so we can’t help you.” Thanks David…at least you called me back.

After 24 years in our now 50 year old house, the beautiful live oaks’ roots invaded the sewer under our slab. I called one company that wanted $500+ to run a camera and check the situation. Called Accurate Leak and they said $300. They also have a system of repairs for leaky sewer lines that can be done from above with no digging. The root invasion did not allow this so a tunnel and repair were necessary. The quote from Accurate Leak was substantially less than the other company’s quote. They did the job in a timely way. Also very importantly they provided good continuing information on when the different stages could be accomplished. As a bonus they installed a new toilet at no extra charge. They would have gotten 5 stars were that level a choice.

The service was thorough. The price was good. I wasn’t on site but my neighbor, who had his plumbing rerouted years ago, was impressed that the crews’ work was neat and clean. Christian took care of follow up issues.
