I recently had a leaking hot water heater dripping through the light fixture in my closet. I reached out to Pure Plumbing because of their high customer rating. The most helpful and friendly voice answered my call on a Sunday and sent someone out to take a look. Each person who worked in my home during the replacement of my water heater was kind, respectful, helpful and quick to respond. The owner has created a team with integrity and character. They even brought in my box of dog food that was delivered while they were here! Amazing team with a keen focus on customer service!
