I meet the owner of Rise Plumbing at a networking event and decided to hire them for an addition project that I am building in Dallas. I have been extremely pleased with the guys in the field and the owner. Their work is extremely clean and always receives compliments by either inspectors and/or other trades. Could not recommend Rise Plumbing more highly!!! They are so responsive, so professional, and so HUMAN. My technician Saul was so good at explaining what he was doing every step of the way, he came prepared with diagrams to show me comparisons, he documented his work well and treated me with compassion. When the third-party trenchers broke part of a line while digging, they replaced it and tested it for free – within a couple hours – before I even knew about it! The whole crew was great, I am incredibly happy with their work (and they give a great warranty!). This is just a solid, reputable, fair and well-run company. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs!
