If you want professional and fast service that you can afford, family owned and operated look no further!!! The crew were more than knowledgeable and communicated every step of the way with me so that I understood. My home was newly built and my septic had never been serviced before. W and W will be my go to for my needs. Highly recommend.

Updated review: 4/17/2024 Had my septic tank serviced this morning. Austin was there after doing work for us three years ago at the other house we used to live at. Austin and Larry were quick and efficient for the services they provided. Highly reccomend them! 5 out of 5 stars! 2021 review: Would 100% do business again with them! The guy that pumped our tank was named Austin. Nice guy and very efficient! Once he dug up the hole, after he was done, he put the soil back in.

W&W Septic did a great job replacing our old system. From the assessment to the final clean up, the communication was very detailed and project was completed timely. I called them several weeks post installation and after 2 heavy rains to do the final tamp and grade. Very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them for anyone needing a replacement system. I also would like to thank Angie for her assistance and professionalism from the office

W&W Unfortunately I have had to update my review based on additional experiences with this company and their employees. While my septic pump experience was good, the replacement of my field drain lines was a horrible experience. 1. I requested a phone call prior to arrival so I could take my dogs out, no call occurred either day. 2. On the first day, the lead crew member opted to leave at 2:30PM with his full crew, without prior notice, and informed us he had previously scheduled plans, leaving multiple trenches many feet deep in my yard as well as an unsecured excavator. The lack of securing the site with any sort of flags, safety tape, etc. caused great concern for the safety of my family, my pets, and anyone in my neighborhood. Additionally, I was quoted a one day job with potential for clean-up on the second day if they couldn’t finish that as well in the first day. 3. After completing the work the second day, the lead crew member informed me that they do not remove trash and I was left with a pile of old field line pieces right at the front of my house. I also noted a large swath of trash sticking up across my yard that had been partially compacted into the dirt/mud. We spoke to Angie and requested both the trash pile and all trash in my yard be removed. The owner, by way of Angie, informed us they never remove trash and instead bury it on your property, to which we again requested it be wholly removed. We were told they would come back the following day to clean up. 4. Day three, the same crew arrived and picked up a small bit of the trash in my yard and opted to dig a hole in my yard to bury the trash pile and the pieces they picked up. 5. Shortly after the crew left, my husband and I went into the yard and proceeded to pull a significant amount of trash out of my yard that remained and was evident to the naked eye. This trash primarily was clearly sticking up, which could easily become a hazard. I sent the photo of the trash we picked up to Angie and reminded her of how we had requested all trash be removed, not buried, and how the crew refused to do such. She only stated she would pass along the message to the owner and no further contact has occurred. Simply put, my experience leads me to believe W&W lacks professionalism and accountability and I would never recommend them.

Came out immediately and repaired septic system that was “repaired” for $3500 under a year ago. Identified the issue within 5 minutes. Repaired pipe and replaced top that was broken by previous company. Won’t use anyone else again. Oh! Charge was $650 for pump out, repair and new lid.

At the time of this review our septic system is 24 years old. The drain field was totally saturated and had the down stairs drains backing up! Angie Austin and Larry were great all the way through the entire process. They were able to pump the tank the same day I called and a second time to make sure the drains didn’t back up again. Angie was kind enough to go get the permit submitted at the county office. Austin and Larry started the job ahead of schedule and did a very professional and prompt job with the drain field replacement. I’m very satisfied with the price and quality of the work. I would recommend this company to friends and family. Thank you W&W Septic great job!
