Very Professional and prompt response times. I reached out to Bothum Plumbing during a very frustrating weekend. I had a leak in my bathroom and a leak in my ceiling. The plumbers gave me piece of mind. They took their time to throughly explain the issues I was having and gave me a great price to fix the problems. I highly recommend their services!!!

Great guy, can be quite funny. Tell you what, I was stressed from the week and then having no water because of a sewage blockage. I think I smiled more yesterday while chatting with him. From removing and replacing my toilets, faucets, shower fixtures, and vanity to removal and replacing my water heater with commercial grade model (within 48 hours of contacting him with the issue), I am very pleased with this company! Mr. Bothum is responsive, reliable, kind, and honest. Priced very well! I hope they stay in business a long time. Highly recommend!!!

Contacted initially through Thumbtack, a site like Angie’s List or Yelp, for assistance with shower issues, Scott diagnosed the issue right away without fail within minutes of arriving. Because of his fair and honest pricing, we decided to then go with him later on for toilet replacements at the new place. Upon arrival, Scott noticed right away that one of the shipped toilets had arrived damaged and could not be used. But after checking the other toilets and ensuring that they’re in great shape, he then proceeded to single-handedly and expediently replace each of the two toilets that were original to the house. The old toilets were disposed of, hassle-free, by Scott which we appreciated as we’re sorting out through trash and recycle options at the new place. Now, admirably, thanks to Scott, the two new toilets are running like champs and running efficiently without issues unlike the old toilets which took forever to flush and seemed bogged down by wear and tear. We couldn’t get an exchange on the third toilet but will definitely contact Scott again for the third toilet replacement once a sale comes up again for new toilets. We can’t thank Scott enough for his hard, admirable, efficient work and would highly recommend him also for his absolute honesty and fair prices. Wonderful expert in his field! 💯
