Cannot say enough great things about Joseph over at Newport-Mesa Drains & Plumbing! We contacted Newport-Mesa regarding a toilet leak. Joseph arrived on time and quickly started working on our issue. After replacing our wax seals and resetting our toilets, he went above and beyond adding some additional caulk/sealant around our shower as an additional preventative measure. Joseph is a wealth of knowledge and I highly recommend Newport-Mesa Drains & Plumbing and will be using them again in the future!

I had a leak in my bathtub that came from an overflow drain. Joseph showed up on time and was professional and friendly. He took the time to explain to me each part of the process so I understood the work he was doing and how the plumbing actually worked. He was thorough with his work and ran multiple tests to ensure there were no new leaks and we’d be good to go. Would highly recommend Newport Mesa Drains for your plumbing needs.

Earlier this week, I had a problem with kitchen sink, the water does not flow I tried to fix a clogged kitchen sink myself over the week, but it was still a problem. Joseph answered the phone early on Saturday. His availability was appreciated, he arrived when he said. Joseph was professional, efficient and friendly. He answered all my questions. He is honest and didn’t upsell me any unneeded services. If I have any plumbing issues I’ll be using Newport Mesa drains and plumbing again. I’d gladly recommend him! A+

Joseph expertly installed a second shut off valve, video inspected my line to the main sewer, and snaked some clogged drains. He promptly came back a second time for a minor issue and did not charge me.

I highly recommend Joseph with Newport Mesa-Drains & Plumbing. Earlier this week, I had a slow draining kitchen sink and Joseph came the same day. After evaluating the problem, he was able to clear the sink and it has worked beautifully since. He was here over 30 minutes working on the sink working his magic. He is extremely honest and didn’t upsell me any unneeded services. His integrity and professionalism is much appreciated.
