Chad and Zach were professional, courteous, and communicative about the possesses required to replace the valves. They were proficient (their teamwork was flawless), clean and careful with my home. Called Owen plumbing to come out to take a look at my toilet because there was water coming out from the base of the toilet. He looked at it very quickly and did not evaluate the toilet correctly. He went outside to my backyard where the clean out is located then ran a snake and left. I had to call the city. The city informed me nothing was backed up but that my wax ring needed to be replaced. I told him I paid 125$ for a plumber to come look at my toilet, but now I just want a refund because the plumber obviously did nothing to fix the problem.

We have had very positive experiences with this company. They have handled a few different jobs for us, including replacing our sewer line. Their plumbers have been professional and friendly. They show up on time, they do good work, they take the time to explain what they’re doing, and they are reasonably priced. I personally don’t understand the negative reviews on their Google page at all as our experiences have always been positive. But I would say that it also says a lot that they respond to any negative reviews and appear to try and work out the situation. We have been very happy with Owen Plumbing.
