My entire system needed replacing, and a friend recommended Tim Eagleson and his team at RT Olsen. I received an extremely low quote compared with other companies and decided to give them the job. They showed up on time, installed everything, and hauled away the old equipment in less than 6 hours. Tim showed me how to change the filter on the heat pump, which kind of filter to buy and how often to switch them out, and how to operate the new smart thermostat with my phone. The team was courteous and professional from start to finish, and Tim went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right and everything was working as it should before he left. I’m very pleased with their work and recommend them highly!

Very good service technician Alfonso. He was polite and explained what was causing our plumbing issue. He gave us a couple options to fix it, which was good. He fixed the issue in a timely fashion and even negotiated a $100 discount for us with his boss for being repeat customers! We highly recommend RT Olson Plumbing!

Tim and his team did a great job with the timely inspection and service of our two AC units. I have never had such professional service, ever. Thank you guys!
