$500 to have water blown through our pipe. Technician was nice but unskilled; was directed what to do via a phone call with his manager. Spoke to office manager and she confirmed this is the level of service that is expected.

Interesting visit from All-Flo. The office called and said the plumber would be here in 20 minutes. It was an hour later before he showed up. He diagnosed the problem right away. It was one part, but he tried to sell me the whole system. I didn’t want the whole system for twice the price, I just wanted it to work. So I said I just wanted that part replaced. After a short time, he said he was done. I went and looked at the work and 3 parts and been replaced. He took my card and said the invoice would be on my email. I looked at the email and found that he had charged me for 4 parts and the service call. The invoice wasn’t broken done for the cost of each part replaced, it just said 4 units. So I’m wondering what the cost was for each part. Never got and answer.

$430.00 to replace 2 bathroom vanity faucets is unacceptable. I purchased quality Moen Faucets that were standard replacements to what was there. No extra work just replacements, the install was completed (installed perfectly BTW) in approx 1.5 hrs. If you do the math that’s a $600K annual salary. Will NEVER use this company again!

I had another company quote me double the amount for the same service All-Flo Plumbing did. I called them and they came out the same day! Service guy was friendly and Knowledgeable would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!
