The technician was very professional and knowledgeable and kind. He explained things very clearly, and was also comfortable with my dogs, which is nice. He fixed my problem very quickly, and he made sure to not make a mess. The pricing was also reasonable, and I was able to take advantage of an online coupon that was available. Would definitely call again if I had any other issues in the future.

Best Experience! Roto-Rooter will be my go-to for future emergencies. First time using this business. I manage an AirB&B property and my guest contacted me stating that they had an emergency with the toilet at 12:00 AM. I panicked considering that it was very late at night and hard to find a plumber at that time. I immediately googled it and saw Roto-Rooter with 5 stars reviews. I contact them and they immediately schedule someone to go first thing in the morning. *They sent over Ian to help me. Ian was very professional.
