No need to keep looking once you’ve located here. They did an excellent job of installing a ductless mini-split and re-routing an existing duct. During the process and beyond, I received prompt responses to my inquiries. The office staff was wonderful to work with. He was fantastic to work with; he was patient in answering all of our concerns and described everything in language that even I could comprehend. To the point that I’m trying to think up excuses to have them return for more work.

I came in for a leaking bathtub faucet. The woman picking up the call was quite courteous and gave us someone right away. Our house had a technician here in less than thirty minutes. Jeromy was incredibly kind, covering everything past and keeping us informed as he worked. He addressed all of our issues and promptly found someone who could when he couldn provide an answer to a question. Today everything is flawless, and we are pretty happy with the service.

After 17 years in our house, we had to replace our bathroom sink and handle other general plumbing repairs all around. I’m quite happy I phoned Columbus Plumbing for help. Experience is clearly on their side; they arrived on time, were quite skilled, and explained the repair processes as they worked. I will most certainly be back to them for next requirements. Get them; you’ll be happy you did!Once more Columbus Plumbing saves the day! Well-meaning family members cutting a pipe too short during a do-it-yourself job cause a leak below my kitchen sink. Arriving right on time—or perhaps a few minutes early—Jeromy and Eloy replaced our hot water heater. Although I am not a plumber, they seemed to be quite competent and were really friendly and professional. They took the time to complete the work right, closely making sure our house was not negatively impacted as they drained and then hauled away the old leaky hot water tank down stairs. They were more than happy to answer all in great detail when I asked them several questions on how the system ran as well as some broad ones like shutoffs. I will most certainly recommend Columbus Plumbing to friends in real estate and property management around here. They were exactly the finest!

Coming to assist with the plumbing for our bathroom makeover were Jeromy and Eloy at our residence. They finished the work after working diligently two solid days. They fixed several leaks and upgraded some of the old plumbing as well as they were at it. We had another team visit few weeks ago to re-pipe a drain in the tub of our other bathroom. Several years ago, I replaced my water heater with Columbus Plumbing; the results and cost were good. I thus hired Columbus Plumbing once more to fix all the bathroom faucets. After a few days, one of the faucets started to drip even though technician Jeromy fixed the issues. When I got in touch, the dispatcher sent someone who fixed the issue at no charge right away! During periods of high usage, backups into the basement shower were caused by a clogged drain line. Jeromy emptied the drain for us as he came outside. We asked for an estimate, and he gave us a prompt response along with a military discount. They completed their work quickly and affordably. I would suggest him to anyone experiencing a similar problem.
