Gave me a two hour window for a Friday appointment, and never showed up. I had to CALL THEM to find out that they had postponed until following Monday. Monday they actually showed up on time, assessed the situation, said they had to order parts to complete repair. The technician told me that someone would call with an update the following day. No call. I called them the following week, and every week after for a month (sometimes twice a day) and no one had called me back to date. Terrible service. Terrible communication. Please hire someone more reliable.

Great communication, great work, and fair prices. Dustin was quick to respond with an assessment and quote to repair a failed glue joint in the sewer stack in the basement. Kyle and Nate were professional and efficient–they did a great job opening up the floor, repairing the pipe, and repairing the concrete. Highly recommend the Parson team!

Just had Parson Plumbing out to my house to install a tankless water heater when my old water heater started leaking. Dustin and his colleague did an amazing job. They were prompt, polite, the install looks and works great, they left my house spotless, and everything (including the price) was exactly what they promised and quoted me. I could not have asked for more. Best of all, Parson did the job for literally thousands less than the quote I got from Apex plumbing for the exact same tankless system. Parson Plumbing will be my first call from now on.

Parsons came out yesterday to evaluate a previous issue that a $1300 payment to Mr. Rooter had not solved. Dustin spend almost two hours meticulously researching the problem, displaying master level intelligence to find the problem. Then handed me a most reasonable invoice for the job. I highly recommend this company and will never use any other plumbing company.

Our water heater quit on a Friday afternoon. I called Parson Plumbing and they were able to have someone out on Saturday and replaced the water heater. Very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Kyle did a great job. Highly recommend!
