Can’t praise them enough! I called with an issue with my hot water heater and Jennifer was extremely helpful. She had Blaine out within the hour to fix it. Amazing service and hopefully wont need them again but would have no hesitation in using them, or recommending Matloc Plumbing to my friends.

Fantastic experience. Scheduled a spigot replacement and they replaced it perfectly, no more leaks! They also beat the bigger companies quote by over 75%. Let me say that again, a whopping 75%!!! I feel bad for everyone getting ripped off by these bigger companies. Make sure to get multiple quotes.

We’ve used Matlock in the past. . We got an estimate a year ago this past may. Signed a contract. And we’re still waiting for the job to be done They always have an excuse. Last one was they was covered up. Excuse me 1 1/2 years. Seems to me we was on the back burner. They will not return our calls. Not the company I thought they was.

I had called in June or July to set an appointment and got a definite time of 830 for August 26th. I took off work for this appointment, called about 2 weeks ago to confirm appointment and was told that yes he had the date and time and that was that…..so I took today off and watched the clock go from 830 to 914 before I called to see what the delay was. Nobody answered so I left a message that was not returned. They never showed up for the appointment. By the reviews of this business I thought I had made a wise choice but it seems I did not. If a customer calls you and you agree to take the job then you should show up. I would give this no stars but I had to give it a one star. Thanks for nothing. Thanks for wasting my time.

Matlock plumbing is by far the best in the business! I have used them multiple times and their work is always top notch. They are very professional, very polite and always go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing any work or repairs done.
