James & Aidan came out on Saturday, June 13 2024, to fix the downstairs toilet in what we refer to as our “Tropical Suite.” The individuals who reinstalled that–as well as various other items–were apparently not exactly “Professional Plumbers.” The toilet had not worked properly since the previous folks had put it in; then, after one came back to remove part of the bath rug that had erroneously had the toilet installed on it (!), they messed it up even more. The above-mentioned gentlemen did a masterful job of finding out what the SEVERAL problems were and fixed them efficiently but without rushing the job! The were both not only impressively professional but also presented themselves extremely well, were “clean cut” and very personable as well. Accordingly, Columbia Plumbing will now be our “go to” plumbing service; indeed, I would ask for James & Aidan should a need arise.

The team at Columbia plumbing company are great! They were on time, professional, and didn’t try to sell us any unnecessary services! Noly and Preston were great, and Stephanie was amazing! Great team!

Called on a Sunday evening and was told someone would be out the next day, never received a phone call and no one showed up! Tried to call back the next day and was told I would receive a call back and never did! Wasted an entire day without a toilet or shower! Not happy! Every call went to a switchboard and no one ever attempted to contact me back.

Masterworker are rare to find during a drought of skilled tradesmen. Not with Columbia plumbing. Columbia Plumbing quit school because of recess because THEY DONT PLAY !!! Keep up the great work guys.

Good plumbers are hard to find. Expert plumbers are even harder to find. Columbia Plumbing has one of the best plumbers in the southeast in my opinion. As a small business owner, I’d highly recommend them to any of my friends or family.
