This company showed up and said that the leak detection was guaranteed for 30 days if anything else seemed to leak. They found 2; when there we actually 3. Our pool repair people said there was another leak somewhere. So Desert Leak said he would come back to find where the 3rd leak was. But we would have to wait 3 days , putting the project on hold. He did not show up so we called. He acted as thought the phone connection was bad and hung up. We called him several times, he refused to reply after 6 to 7 call backs. The lying and dishonesty of this company set us back over a week on our repair. We had to call another leak detection company and pay them again to do the job that Desert Leak Detection should have done and didn’t. Please save yourself, time, money and nerves, use another honest and professional company!

Desert leak detection came all the way To my house in Temecula and did a great job at finding and reparing my leak they used a electric devise to locate my leak it only took them 10 minutes to find the leak if I have another leak I’m going to call them again great company

**DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY**This guy came over to see if we had a leak in pool. First he was late. Service fee is $250. He didn’t give me a receipt. Spent 10 minutes literally “testing it”. The guy that was with him spoke Spanish and told him in Spanish there is no leak. Lucky for me I understand Spanish. The owners looks at me and lied said yes there a leak in skimmer. I asked how much it would cost he said I’ll get back to you tonight. Never called. Never called in morning either. I called him and as soon as he heard my voice he hung up on me. This guy is a con artist do not hire him. Unless you just want to spend your money on nothing. I’m so disappointed and angry we have people like this in the desert.

No show. Had an appointment scheduled between 8am-midday, but nobody arrived. Eventually answered their phone at 1pm, promised to be 30 minutes, I gave up waiting at 2.15pm.

Slab leak found and Repaired.Thanks Ralph,I actually called on the weekend and was able to get service,Desert Leaks was the only company that actually answered my call on a Sunday, Recommended if you need fast and accurate Repair and Leak Detection

Great Company and very Professional. Vincent found my leak and was very patient answering my questions he gave me suggestions as to what to do before insurance company approved someone to fix my leak. I have two small pets and he made it all very easy.Highly recommend this company. They are great professional and efficient.

I paid them $2,000.00 to find and fix a leak in my pool. They replaced my pool skimmer and claimed to fill some cracks, but when I refilled the pool it wouldn’t fill completely and the leak was worse than before. They sent a technician back who took part of my pool apart and then left. I call them a few times and they kept saying they would send someone but a technician never showed up. Eventually they stopped returning my calls. Avoid at all costs.

I call for check leak in my pool. Coming the same day, check for leaks in the pool but never check the pipes, charge me 250 dollars for 1 hrs. I call back never show up… No recommend bad service
