Called PDS for a plumbing problem and get an appointment within a couple hours of calling, Antonio G showed up, found the problem. He then went and got the appropriate items for repairs, came back and quickly fixed the plumbing issue. I had called two other well known companies, Albritten couldn’t come out till the next day, and Balanced Comfort couldn’t come out for 5 days. I have been a customer of Balanced Comfort for several years with an ongoing maintenance contract. Thankfully the Balance Comfort contract is up for renewal, and because of the outstanding service by PDS and Antonio, I have now switched to PDS.

PDS came out to clean our dryer vent. After the tech came & cleaned the dryer vent, we still found lint & debris in our dryer. So I called PDS and the owner was very understanding and sent out another tech to check it out. Turns out we had a clog in our dryer vent. I appreciated the owners willingness to get the job done & correctly. I was a little frustrated but he assured me he would take care of it and he did. For that, they will always have my business. Thanks PDS!

Professional and amazingly precise! Many contractors are known for over pricing but PDS plumbing and air did not. Their work was impeccable, my faucets and sinks were perfectly installed. Also, due to another contractor’s daily delays, Jose R. and Jose V. had to return 3x. Not once did they resist or charge they simply told me they would return. As a female homeowner, I felt comfortable and am SO pleased with their professionalism, kindness and perfection of work!! Thank you Jose and Jose and PDS Plumbing and Air!!

Antonio was fantastic! I discovered Saturday evening I had no hot water. I called PDS first thing Sunday morning, hot water restored that afternoon. Antonio was thorough about the service he performed on the water heater and also my options regarding a replacement, very much appreciated on this Mother’s Day.
