I’ve had Jeremy with Jim the Plumber come out on two occasions recently for two fairly in depth jobs. I am so happy with their work and pricing! The first job was a complete replacement of our natural gas lines. They stayed late to get it done in one day so we could have Duke come out and restore our service later that night. The second job we had done was a water heater replacement with new venting and additional natural gas line installation. Jeremy does super clean work and everything always looks very neat and organized at the end. They do a great job of explaining everything they need to do. Originally recommended by my mom, and also through the Pleasant Ridge Facebook group. There’s a reason they are consistently so highly recommended! Will continue to use for all plumbing needs!

We hired them to rebuild a Kohler mixing and diverter valve after another company in town failed to fix our issue the first time. Tech arrived on time and was very professional. Parts had to be ordered as both Kohler products were about a decade old and not standard. Good communication throughout the process. The tech clearly cared about fixing it right and I thought the cost was reasonable.

Jim the Plumber did a bathroom remodel at our house including replacing the floor, tub, and shower. He worked quickly and expertly to have the job completed on schedule, even when new things came up on the job. Jim was very reliable in terms of timing and daily project clean up. He also provided us with project updates. The work is beautiful. Also a special shout out to his administrator Paige, who was incredibly helpful and flexible in scheduling our project.

I live in a 90 year old home that often has difficult plumbing problems. Jim has done work on a number of less-than-easy repairs and projects in our home. His work is first quality. He does the job right. 5/27/2021: Jim is definitely the best, most knowledgeable plumber we have ever had. His ad is accurate: Best work at a fair price.

We had a few odd plumbing jobs to be completed in our 1947 home. We researched a few plumbers in the area, and found Jim. We loved that he is a two-man show and he was the one doing the work. Communication was excellent, the day after we submitted the form on his website we got a call, and when he arrived he was right on time! Jim did an excellent, clean, and professional job!

We have a had them out at least 4-5 times. Jeremy is our guy! Always efficient.

Had them do some major work, and paid them in full. I had a question a week later and they refused to even talk to me on the phone unless I made an appointment with a fee to come out and inspect. Another plumber finished the job.
