We have had consistently great service from EcoPlumbers! Today was a water heater flush and inspection; part of the service contract do this was no cost. Previous visits included an AC and furnace tune-up/check-up (part of service contract and no cost). Our first encounter was for a clogged toilet. The technician today was Lewis G. He was professional, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about the service requested. I definitely recommend Lewis G in particular and EcoPlumbing in general; we will continue to have them help us as needed and/or with services provided for in the service agreement. Five stars++

Our A/C unit went out on Sunday and Eco was out the next day to fix the problem. Since they weren’t able to get out on the same day, I received 1 year free maintenance plan for free. Logan was my technician and he was very polite and professional and gave me to quote options depending on if my part was under warranty. Lucky for me the part was under warranty and the job wasn’t too expensive. After the repair was complete, Logan showed me the pictures of the failed part and explained what service he provided. Logan also made sure all my questions were answered and even stayed a bit longer to make sure my thermostat was working properly. This was the second time using Eco and I was very impressed with my overall experience which I never thought I’d say that about an HVAC company..
