Worse customer service i have ever had. We have a big job didn’t matter the price. I had to meet him because he got “lost” was very rude. Was showing him all the things that needed to be fixed. My husband told him he was just going to be super rude and unprofessional he could just go, he damaged my fridge. So now i have damage and nothing fixed.

If I could give zero stars I would. First off they canceled last minute the first time they was supposed to show up. Then the Guy came out to give me a estimate was supposed to cost me $65 ended up paying 125 and all he did was CUT my waterlines where me and my FOUR children are now without water. Then said my entire house needs redone which is a flat lie it’s mostly brand new aside from my back bathroom where it was leaking. Do NOT go to these people.

First of all when I called it was a woman who answered the phone and didn’t even address the company she just said hello. Then when I asked if it was A1 plumbing she said yes I went to ask her a question and she hung up on me.

They were at my house for less than 10 min, misdiagnosed the problem, unprofessional and rude, charged a service fee. Don’t mind paying a service fee but the least you could do is properly inspect and figure out the problem.

Web site states open 24 hours. Called was hung up on when I told her I needed a water leak fixed.

$500 for a rooter service??? Couldn’t fix or diagnose the problems THREE times. I’m not a plumber and I’m doing a better job fixing the problem myself. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I could write worse things about them but I won’t.

Had shut off valves changed out under sinks and toilets , inlet valve to hot water heater. Were told when appt was made of what I wanted. They had to go all the way back to Chickasha from Anadarko 18 miles. Not very professional. Will not use again. Very pricey.
