Jim was quick to respond and a true expert on our water heater issue! We had to replace our water heater because it was leaking water (really old) and was installed right away the next day. Also made sure everything was working as it should. Highly recommend!

Jim at Hot Water Heater is the BEST! We were in a pinch and Jim got us into his schedule quickly. He was helpful, answering all our questions, and was very easy to work with. He installed our new hot water heater in a timely manner and we were back to normal with out missing a beat. When we had a follow question later, Jim responded quickly and was helpful once again. Highly recommend their services and company!
