Great tech but I canceled the service when they said they couldn’t get out here for a week. They cashed the check after I canceled the service and now they’re making me wait two weeks for my 6800.00

After further review Fernando and HEP still the best. ORDERING PART now to fix our macerating upright toilet He explained it perfectly for “dummi3s” Not sure how he knew how to explain plumbing like a window motor in a car or how he knew I’d understand perfectly but this kid is on point and knows his stuff. He knows people too. Very impressed with this young gentleman. He has a great future with any company that would be lucky to have him. Great service. Recommend 💯

We called HEP based on the high ratings, #1 mistake! We were assured tech 8am-1pm, #2, had to call to get updates when tech would arrive at 1:30 & again 4:30 & again 5:30 to have a tech arrive around 7pm! Inside temp matched outside temp! The tech said he was clueless as to why he was assigned our house #3/#4 had to call AGAIN to be told another tech would come out better prepared, after 7pm new tech arrives stating he was told to replace the ENTIRE line! Needless to say we had to tell him EVERYTHING he should have already been properly told and he was as well clueless. #5 called AGAIN & once again the well versed/read from script phone rep had a tone of humor when she repeatedly asked for a credit card or go through financing. Needless to say any/all contact was ended with that call. We called another repair company & 1st call was answered promptly by an actual genuine tech! He said he could be at our home the next day in the afternoon, a holiday, 4th of July! He ARRIVED at 11:30am, listened/look at our issue/need and had our a/c COMPLETELY repaired & working in less than an hour and hundreds LESS than quoted w/HEP. My suggestion to HEP is spend more time training actual techs & LESS scripting telephone operators.

When our garage door broke dramatically ahead of a vacation , we called Freddy, who arrived the same day and did a fantastic job resolving all of our issues and explaining his process. Within hours of our call, he had fixed our garage door!

My technician was out at my home 10 minutes early, was very presentable and professional. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable and professional.
