I have used Estes for around 6 years now for all my heating an pluming needs. They have always addressed the issues I have had with the highest level of professionalism and excellence a company can. Had garbage disposal, faucet and sprayer replaced. Friendly, quick and efficient. They even hauled out the items replaced to be disposed. Shop LOCAL!

Had them come “fix” a leak on my ac. It never did start working real well afterwards, but the weather wasn’t so bad and didn’t really need it on. So when it got hot and I did turn it back on, it was leaking again. They told me it had been fixed so they would charge me again. Why would I pay someone more money to fix something when they neglected to actually fix it the first time?

Excellent service! Ron is the most pleasant and honest service person I have ever had in my home! He called 30 minutes prior to showing up and gave me plenty of time to come home from work! Highly recommend.
