I have used IRV plumbing in the past and they have always been professional. I spoke to Melissa who has always been wonderful in providing excellent services since 2018 when i first started using IRV services and Cynthia was also good today. Joe was excellent and was sent to my home because this past weekend my air conditioner went out. It was HOT…..Joe was wonderful and he immediately found the problem and there was something wrong with my thermostat too. It did not give the correct temperature in my home but I did not pay the extra fees to replace it. It was too much plus labor cost for him to come back out again to replace it. I was still able to get air in my home despite the thermostat. My only issue is that I was told by Joe that I was going to get an email with my receipt on last Saturday. I paid by check. It is now Wednesday and i hadn’t gotten it yet. I called and spoke to Cynthia and she stated that Melissa would reach out to me once they get a copy of the receipt to email me. I am so appreciative of the IRV Team and I always remember the good work of Leon and Kevin too back in 2018- I was told kevin had left. Thanks 2024- New review They fixed my AC and it felt so good to have air in my home.

This is an additional review 7/12/2024: Joelle and Camilo are the BEST! They did a phenomenal job replacing my air conditioner and ensured everything was in perfect working order. They were friendly and professional, even in this unbearable heat AND, while working back to back to back to help so people in need of AC repair in this extreme summer heat. I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend IRV Plumbing, Electric, & HVAC. If you get Joel and Camilo consider yourself extra lucky. _____________________ 2024: He was polite, professional, and took time to make sure I understood the problem and remedy.
