Extremely professional and communicative. I was shocked at the responsiveness and timeliness alone, but when he made a full assessment realized the scope of work was going to include more drywall than we imagined- he was careful to preserve the pieces to put back. Very very impressed by the level of detail- and despite taking longer than we estimated, still charged the same. This will be my only phone call next time I need plumbing. Oh… and at the end he knew I was going to do some work myself- so he stuck around to offer some advice on next steps, even leaving a few pieces of PVC just in case I needed references when I went to the hardware store.

Our kitchen sink drain has been backing up sporadically over the past few months and it was completely clogged, not letting the water drain. I could not use the sink at all nor could I run the dishwasher that was connected to the drain. John came by within a few hours and surveyed the issue very thoroughly. He explained the possible cause of the clog and ensured us that the problem will be resolved. He used industrial grade clog remover gel and poured boiling water over the sink. Within 20 minutes, the backed up water in the sink drained completely and the pipe was unclogged. Thankfully we didn’t have to remove any pipes or use machines to unclog the drain. John was very courteous throughout the process and professional with his service. I highly recommend John and his service for any plumbing issues at home.

John and his team did a great job swiftly repairing two plumbing issues in our house including fixing something that another plumber had done incorrectly. He definitely knows what he’s doing, he swiftly fixed everything and he did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

John replaced a pressure relief valve for the main water line in my home. It was actively leaking water into my pantry, so he came to inspect it the same day. After getting parts he arrived early the next morning as promised and was done within a few hours. The work is excellent. He explained everything thoroughly, before and afterwards. John came highly recommended by a friend of mine. This was my first experience with his work, but it will not be my last.

John was a fantastic find! We had a fairly complicated rough in and install during our kitchen renovation, relocating the sink, dishwasher and refrigerator, running new water lines, drain pipes and replacing a damaged drain line we discovered during demolition. His pricing is very fair and he goes above and beyond to provide great service. John was very professional, communicative and flexible in getting out to us. He has a great “can-do” attitude and a high attention to detail. We would very happily hire him again for any renovation jobs in the future.

They were very friendly, efficient, professional and fast! John came as soon as we called to diagnose the issue. And was able to fix it a few days later! He and Pedro did a great job. Would recommend this team for any plumbing issues. John would also check up on his co worker to make sure that everything was going smoothly, you can tell you is a perfectionist. Great job!
