I discovered on a weekend a leak in a hot water pipe. I called them and they promptly answered the phone. They came as soon as they finished a nearby job – within 2 hours. They replaced the pipe in short order. They were great!

Our family had a pipe issue with our cesspool and Frank arrived in the late evening ready to help. He was professional, reassuring, and resolved the problem within minutes. My high efficiency gas boiler stopped working this morning (Saturday march 25). I called JR plumbing and heating (I spoke to Frank. He was very nice and understanding) after contacting 5 different boiler services, but most of them were not able to come until Monday. JR plumbing sent Lance within an hour, he was exceptional. I would RECOMMEND their business to anyone in need of plumbing and heating work done.

Mr. Frank from Jr plumbing installed a new steam boiler at my house couple of months ago, he said I wont have any issue for next 10 years, and It didnt work for next 10 hours. I called him back he came back and took all the warranty papers( which he didn’t returned yet) from me and said he dont know how to fix it and gonna bring someone else, a week later he came back with someone else and added some more pipes and blamed it on my old boiler( which doest make sense at all). And there was huge bagging sound from boiler after that, I called frank and he said he cant do anything. A week later it broke down completely and the temperature inside my house was 45 degrees, I called, texted frank somany times and he didn’t respond at all. I had to get another plumber($75) he came and said its electric issue. I called electrician($634) and he said the issue was wires were not properly connected to the boiler and Installers didn’t put a breaker switch also a small transformer was changed within the boiler. Dont ever go with these scammers.

Best plumbing service we’ve ever used! Julio responded immediately, came by the next day, and fixed three different issues quickly and effectively. He walked us through everything he was doing and was very professional. I’ll definitely be calling him again.

I am writing a review J&R plumbing. I called the owner Jay on very short notice on a Friday for a clogged bathroom sink. He was already out working a big job and was an unable to come over to fix it but he took the time to talk me through several measures to try to fix it myself which eventually succeeded. What other plumber would do that?! He even called to follow up. I would highly recommend him to anybody needing plumbing services. Thank you Jay
