Jeff was fast to respond when our tankless hot water heater needed replacement. He scheduled a time to come by, thoroughly discussed our options, and ordered the exact model we wanted. Steve and Jason installed it, then Jeff came with the WiFi controller a few days later. I appreciate the outstanding work and the extra time spent going over the features of our new Rinnai.

I use Jeff with complete plumbing frequently for our airbnbs, and they have been so awesome. And the pricing is always reasonable. But this time they went above and beyond! Steve came out when the sewer backed up on some guests, and figured out a pipe was crushed under our house! I was so stressed cause we had back to back large party guests for weeks. But he was able to jimmy rig it to last the weekend, and then came in and cut the concrete in our pantry, fixed it and repoured the concrete in one morning! He worked around our schedule, and was so flexible and patient with us. 10/10. 10/10!

They came out, asked all the right questions, they knew I was on a timeline to get the bid to the VA. It was to try to get help to modify my bathroom for mobility problems and got ghosted.

Very professional! They have done small jobs for me, and now a much more complicated one. Jeff showed me all my options, explained things very well, and he and Jason work very well together. I could not be happier with their service!! Very affordable!!

Complete Plumbing has accomplished multiple things for me. Most recently very difficult sewer leak detection and repair. A very hard job. They are STELLAR People!!!

I called Monday to see if he could help us with our bathroom remodel before Friday. He got us in and was able to seat our new bathtub. I feel so much better knowing my bathroom drain was done by someone who knew what they were doing! As well as the plumbing in the wal.

Hate needing them but love when they come! The owner remembers me when I call (I know not a good thing on my end but nice to hear a friendly voice) Jason is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and honest. He explains things so I can understand and is very helpful. 100% my first call when I have an issue!
