Professional job. Great work. Plumbers were so professional, polite and kind, too. I am so happy with the work. New kitchen sink (one large bowl instead of two bowls) and faucet, 2 indoor shut-off valves for the outside faucets and a valve making it so easy to shut off all the house’s water from an easy spot inside the house. I had other plumbing work done by Metcalf about two weeks ago. The plumbers did such a fantastic job then so that’s why I decided to have all this other work done today.

Metcalf plumbing was outstanding. Chris and Johnathan were Professional cleaned up after themselves and provided me with great confidence that I have a fully functioning and safe sewer system. I appreciate them taking my call yesterday and scheduling the visit today! Oh, and great value for the work that they did as well!!

Updated: 6/28/24. Used Metcalf again to diagnose and fix my gas fireplace. I was so pleased – they found the problem quickly, but not without some effort. Mike Munson and apprentice Johnathan were pleasant and professional. I was so impressed watching Mike clear-mindedly go through complex steps to figure out where the problem was. He checked the light switch on the wall (fine) and went through each setting of the lower wattage connection box under the fireplace. There were a lot of settings! But Mike was persistent and exacting. He followed through each step, following all the wires, until he determined how to keep the power connection solid (so the switch would work and the fireplace would come on). Plus he had beautiful handwriting — and wrote a note instructing how the switchbox should be set up, so another person one day will know what’s needed. Just wow. Excellent service and expertise. Johnathan asked questions and appeared to be a good listener and will no doubt be strong once he’s through his next couple years of training. This company has good people and they stand behind their work and teach each other. So impressive. (prior) First class. Chris arrived on time. He was courteous and professional, and he worked diligently to diagnose the gas connection problems in my residence. Chris was also very knowledgeable; his professional insights helped me decide how to resolve one problem that unfortunately could not be fixed. I would use Metcalf again in a heartbeat and will be recommending this business going forward.

Mike and Ryan helped replace a leaking water line in my basement ceiling. They were quick and effective and provided excellent communications along the way. They were extra careful with removing and replacing my ceiling tiles without damage to fix the problem in the ceiling. Highly recommend this team!

We had a great experience using Metcalf Plumbing. From scheduling to day of service, they were top notch! Their staff was all very friendly, insightful and explained everything that needed to be done in detail. We will definitely use them again for any future needs!
