I regret to say that my experience with Hammer Plumbing was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. After hiring them to address a plumbing issue, I found myself in a situation that was not only unresolved but exacerbated by their incompetence. The problems began when they attempted to use a plumbing snake to clear a blockage. Instead of efficiently resolving the issue, the snake got stuck twice during the process. The first time, it penetrated too far into the inlet pipe and became lodged in the septic tank. Despite their efforts, they were unable to retrieve it until the next day, leaving me without plumbing. After releasing the first snake into the plumbing line, it got stuck in the vent. The snake was freed, but the blockage remained. Upon further inspection, it was discovered that the blockage was caused by a rope entangled with a broken part of their equipment, which they had failed to notice. When I requested a refund for the ineffective service, I was met with resistance. I asked one of the owners for a refund for the augering of the mainline only since my mainline was not cleared and since my plumbing system was left with backed-up lines. They refused to reimburse me, citing the numerous man-hours supposedly expended on the job. However, these hours were primarily dedicated to rectifying their own mistakes and lack of expertise. After enduring nearly a month of inconvenience and frustration, I had no choice but to seek assistance elsewhere. Upon consulting a different plumbing company, the issue was promptly identified and resolved within hours. It became abundantly clear that Hammer Plumbing lacks employees with the necessary plumbing proficiency and experience to handle even basic tasks competently. To add insult to injury, the supervisor incorrectly classified my septic tank as a cesspool even though Hammer Plumbing certified it as a septic tank back in 2018 when I bought the home. This demonstrates a fundamental lack of understanding and attention to detail within the company. As a result, I was forced to incur additional expenses to rectify their errors and ensure the proper functioning of my plumbing system. In conclusion, my experience with Hammer Plumbing was nothing short of a nightmare. Their inability to effectively address the issue, coupled with their refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes, highlights the glaring shortcomings of their service. I strongly advise anyone in need of plumbing assistance to steer clear of this company and seek reputable alternatives instead.

Had a leak in our ceiling fire sprinkler line in the middle of the night. Called our condo association hotline. Dan of Hammer Plumbing called me back in about 1 hour or less to find out the severity. of the leak. First thing in the morning Victor of Hammer called and then arrived at about 8:00 AM. He confirmed it was the fire sprinkler line leaking, put out plastic every to cover and protect our condo. Cut open the ceiling took video contacted the Management co, cleaned up completely so we couldn’t even tell he had been there accept for the whole in our ceiling. Which had covered with plastic. I highly recommend Hammer Plumbing and especially Dan and Victor!

We called Hammer with an annoying drain backup throughout our whole house. We were lucky enough to get same day service. The technician (Ivan) arrived promptly and worked hard to ensure that our problem was completely resolved. *He worked quickly *He was extremely thorough in his testing and retesting for flow *He was super respectful and left no trace of a mess *He simply did a fantastic job! >>>>Ivan is a keeper!!! Our bill was very reasonable, and we will absolutely use Hammer exclusively – and we will always ask for Ivan!

We Carlos from Hammer come out today to pump and my sister he was very kind and professional to her we will always try to use hammer as much as possible but after this service I will only using Hammer for my needs for septic pumping

Dan was rude and very unhelpful. He was refusing to answer my questions and yelled at me for “not letting him explain”. All he did was give excuses and had no solution to offer to my water heater problem. When all is said and done rather than working with me and helping answer my questions he told me that they will not do the repairs and to find anther plumber. I want to give them zero stars for being unhelpful, rude and no solution but unfortunately the minimum is one.

I had another plumbing company come out to fix a severely clogged toilet line. They kind of gave up and couldn’t get the job done. I then called Hammer plumbing and they came out and did not give up until the job was done! This was a few years ago, and the issue has been fine ever since. Since then I’ve used them several times for emergencies and they responded quickly every time and got the job done. I’ve dealt with several different employees of the company and everyone of them was extremely professional. When you call them to schedule a job, they don’t forget you. They will stay in touch with you and give you updates until a technician can make it out. Their quick response has kept me from canceling several events. Hammer plumbing is the only company I will ever use!

Hammer Plumbing does an outstanding job. They troubleshoot the problem and then put together an action plan for solving the problem. I have used them many times and every one of their repair specialists are always top notch. We will not use any other company.
