Frederick was unprofessional, impatient, and lacked knowledge. He was inefficient when dealing with our clogged drains and backed up toilets. It was a nightmare considering how much I needed to pee since getting home from work. Frederick’s impatience was evident as my husband, wanting to lend a hand, followed him around. He haphazardly worked on the outside drains in the cold and wet until all the toilets were still clogged and not flushing properly. I would, with great hesitation, call this company again, ask for Frederick, and feel frustrated knowing the work I am paying for is far from what I need to get the job done. Yes to overcharging. Yes to unnecessary sales. Yes to time extensions to up the cost of hourly labor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Our plumbing system ceased working on a warm afternoon, yet this company didn’t bother to show up until late the following evening. Jacob, the plumber, rudely ignored me at the door, showed zero respect in our home, and even went so far as to upset one of my already nervous cats. This harsh behavior significantly increased my cat’s anxiety, which I found deeply upsetting. We’ve reluctantly relied on their plumbing services before, and they’ve never failed to disappoint. I would strongly advise against using them!

Terrible experience with this company. They claimed to have a showroom but the uninformed staff were no help in navigating the overwhelming process of selecting plumbing fixtures and accessories for the kitchen and bath. They have a limited variety of brands and seemed uninterested in working with me to achieve the look and style I desired. I won’t be dealing with them ever again the next time I need plumbing services for my kitchen or bath. These guys are the worst around!

Avoid this company at all costs! Whenever I call for service, I’m stuck dealing with a call center and enduring endless registration scripts. I never receive advice over the phone and they rarely provide same-day service. Tristan was my technician – extremely unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and failed to answer any of my questions. They never complete tasks and fail to repair the problem, neglecting to put down drop cloths!

My experience with Donovan was utterly disappointing. He mishandled a complicated situation, showing a complete lack of patience and grace. Donovan kept me in the dark at every step and failed to warn me about potential future issues. Moreover, he left a mess behind, showing no regard for cleanliness or professionalism.

Terrible responsiveness. Take payment up-front to book a service appointment, then radio silence and when you call no one has any information. States “technician will call shortly to confirm time of arrival” but no technician ever calls. Stay far away from this company!

This is the 3rd time I’ve had to use this company’s plumbing services, and as always, they are consistently late, fail to provide any additional options when needed, and in the end, I’m left as a dissatisfied and frustrated customer. I now find myself needing to call other companies for these services. I wouldn’t recommend. Jordan’s work is particularly disappointing.

Tristan and Donovan showed up to supposedly map out a whole building replumb. They were uninformed and left all our questions unanswered. They went back to their warehouse to get the supplies they would need to complete the job, but returned empty-handed and unsure whether the project would be completed successfully. This company’s services were a major disappointment. Thank you for nothing, Tristan and Donovan!

This company consistently fails to meet my expectations. They work slowly, and never seem to prioritize the customer’s needs. Donovan and Jacob are the servicemen who have been responding to my properties and they seriously need a pay cut.
