I’ve used Hicks Plumbing for years. Andrew is so honest and reliable. Now, Riley and Tach (spelling?) are handling residential. They’re awesome. So decent, knowledgeable, and timely. They’ll help with small and large jobs. The Best!!!

Tim was absolutely amazing! The warranty provider wanted me to put in all this leg work even though it their job to replace and supply the installation. They said the didn’t have a technician in my area to do it so I would have to pay for the installation and they would reimburse me. I called Tim at Hicks. And he did all the leg work and had techs at my house and even made the claim so I didn’t have to pay them aAmazing service

Called them once to have get a leak fixed that was flooding my business. They couldn’t come fast enough, so I called a different company and they got to me right away. Called them again today to get a less intense leak fixed and told me, I can call the other company we used before because we didn’t use them. I do not recommend in the slightest. Very rude.

Highly recommend. We needed a new water heater; called them at 2, they were here the next morning to install a new one. Really enjoyed working with them. Will definitely call them the next time we need any plumbing work done.

I’ve used Hicks on 3 projects now. Finishing plumbing in two basements and now setting up a commercial micro brewery. Top notch service all the way around. I will continue to use Hicks on future projects and would recommend them to others.

Our water heater went out. I googled who to go to. Saw Hicks had great reviews so I called to get on the schedule. Austin came and took care of it on Tuesday. Wednesday I noticed a little drip. Came back and fixed it no issues. They were a little more expensive than some, but they were great to work with.
