I was very happy with the service from Carl yesterday. My washer was backing up and I was unable to use it. He was extremely kind, professional and understanding as mine was a small job but a necessary one. He was thorough and all of the laundry got done that day with no incidents. Thank you Carl for your expertise.

I had Rich and Jared work on our property and they were great. They did a fantastic job. There work is the highest of quality. I have not been able to find a contractor that does the quality of work or takes the time or pride in the job that they did in many years, I highly recommend this crew. When they showed up it was pouring rain and yet they worked like it was a sunny day, no rushing the job, no complaining just high quality work. These two gentlemen are a real asset to there company. I hope they receive the acknowledgment from there company they deserve. Workers like them are what build a fantastic company. Rich and Jared thank you very very much.

We had an issue and were referred to this company by American Water. Gary and his teammate came out and were friendly and professional. They snaked the drain and removed a huge root that we had growing. Giving 4 stars and not higher because the first guy who came to our house a few days before for the same issue was extremely unprofessional and didn’t listen to us at all. He dismissed us and was in our house for maybe 5 min total. He also smelled strongly of weed.

I am compelled to leave this review after an incredibly disappointing encounter with this plumbing company. From the onset, the experience was unprofessional and a disregard for customer service. The technician arrived late without any prior communication. Upon arrival, he was discourteous and uncooperative. When I explained the problem, he seemed disinterested and unwilling to address the issue, dismissing my concerns with unwarranted arrogance. Despite multiple clear explanations about the plumbing issue needing immediate attention, the technician made no genuine effort to resolve it. Instead, he spent the time making excuses and asserting that the job was beyond the scope of what they could handle—contrary to what was previously discussed over the phone with their customer service. After a brief and cursory inspection, he claimed that additional services—which were not previously specified or quoted—would be necessary, inflating the cost unexpectedly. When I attempted to discuss this further, he was dismissive and suggested that I find another service if I was not satisfied with the quote. The technician left without doing any meaningful work. It was only a waste of time. I strongly advise against using this company. They failed to perform the basic duties they were called for, exhibited poor customer relations, and showed a total lack of professionalism.

Had the company come out because a tenant needed a clog fixed on a toilet, and was under a home warranty contract. The worker “Marcus” showed up and was disrespectful to my tenant and threatened her. She asked him to put on “booties” to walk through the carpet because his boots were dirty and he said no and then told her “You’re lucky your kids are here or I would have made this worse for you”. He then proceeded to lazily not do his job and avoided doing the work by any means by making up excuses. His first excuse was this was an addition to the house and the “construction is different”. Then he said the toilet wasn’t in the contract (then I showed him where it says it was) he then said it’s a “branched pipe” so it’s not in the contract. I then showed them nowhere in the contract does it say that, and they could not provide the wording of where it said that (They didn’t want to do the basic work they were called out to do). All they had to do was remove the toilet and snake the drain (20 mins of work even for an average joe). They refused and the technician was extremely disrespectful to me over the phone as well. I said look I can give you $100 on top just to get it done now and then he scoffed and told me it would cost way more than that. These children dressing up like adults were the worst people to have called when you need help. Scam artists. Meanwhile, they still charged the home warranty company for fixing the problem.

Brian, the plumber was great! He quickly identified where the very loud noise was coming from in our bathroom. He methodically ruled out several causes and was able to fix it within an hour, I would highly recommend Root 24 . Joann Sanderson

Woody from the this company is awesome! Had an issue with my downstairs bathroom , 30 minutes later and he got the job done! Couldn’t be more happy with his professionalism and knowledge. Customer for life ! Thanks again Woody !

Technician came out for a hydro jetting job. Ended up damage my clean out pipe and told me office will send another plumber to replace the pipe for me. My mistake is I signed the work order since the hydro jetting is done and the technician told me, he called the office and another plumber will come out and fix the damage. They left and I called the office for a time estimation. The manager denied all liability. Put it on the condition of my pipe whereas everything was fine before the service.

Friday at 4pm my basement was actively leaking. It was a burst pipe. I was scrambling because the water was gushing in my basement. I remembered that I actually pay for pipe protection through American Water. I called American Water who called Root 24hr Plumping and they came out within 2hrs on a Friday night. My water was shut off and I was told they would be back tomorrow and it would take approximately 6-8hrs to fix the pipe. Well. They were on site the next day and the water was back on within 24hrs of noticing the leak. To say I was impressed is an understatement. I attached some Photos of the work. They even made it look nice when they left. A++. Would highly recommend.
